Join the Wellness Center

Membership at our Wellness Center is easy, inexpensive and effective. It is a great way to develop a safe exercise routine that will last a lifetime and add life to your years.

• Membership includes a complimentary fitness evaluation with a degreed Exercise Specialist.
  
• At your request, our team will develop a strength training program just for you.
  
• Aerobic classes such as Zumba, Pilates and Step are available as well as aquatics, massage therapy and personal training.
  
• We offer a one-day guest pass for just $5
