Aerobic Classes

Morning Toning

Start your morning off right with this energizing total body workout and toning class.

Pilates

Looking to tone those abdominal muscles? This is the class for you! This one-hour program targets those hard-to-reach core muscles while helping with balance, coordination and relaxation.

Synergy

What do you get when you combine yoga and Pilates? More energy, flexibility, strength, toning...together, we call it Synergy!

Step Aerobics

Work up an end-of-the-day sweat by participating in a low-impact, high-intensity program. This energy-filled class consists of a 30-35 minute aerobic segment with abdominal toning included.

Total Toning

Pump it up! Challenge yourself with a total body workout using a variety of weight training exercises.

Tri-Exercise

This stimulating class will challenge even the experienced “aerobicizer.” A 70-minute low-impact, step-aerobics and weight training class, this program will tone abdominal exercises guaranteed!

Yoga

What a stress reliever! This class is geared to individuals of all fitness levels. Spend nearly and hour throwing all your cares away while you stretch muscles that you didn’t even know you had!

Zumba

Join the party and lose yourself in this Latin-inspired dance and cardio class. With upbeat rhythmic music, 60 minutes has never been so much fun!

    • Morning Toning: 5:50 p.m. – 6:45 p.m.
    • Zumba: 9:05 a.m. – 9:55 a.m.
    • Total Toning: 5:35 p.m. – 6:25 p.m.
    • Zumba: 6:35 p.m. – 7:25 p.m.
  • Wednesday
    • Synergy: 8:05 a.m. – 8:55 a.m.
    • Zumba & Toning: 9:05 a.m. – 10:15 a.m.
