The Wellness Center at Leesburg Regional is Lake County’s first hospital-based Wellness Center and has been serving our community for more than 20 years. Conveniently located off of 441 in Leesburg, our 10,000-square-foot facility offers a variety of fitness, wellness and therapeutic programs.

Providing a Comprehensive Approach to Health
Research shows the abundance of benefits that exercise offers to reduce the risk of heart disease, diabetes, obesity and osteoporosis, among other adverse health conditions. Regular exercise boosts energy, enhances mood, reduces stress, and contributes to a more satisfying quality of life. As such, our Wellness Center strives to provide a comprehensive approach to health that addresses every aspect of your wellbeing.
Team of Health Professionals
Our expert team of health professionals will guide you through a personalized fitness program that includes an individual fitness evaluation, orientation and weight training. Our programs accommodate everyone from the beginner to the elite athlete and provide knowledge and experiences that will enable you to achieve your goals.
