Donor Giving Levels and Attributes

The LRMC / TVRH Foundation shall be responsible for implementation of a proper donor recognition program based on the following guidelines for levels of giving, and individual situations:

 

Patron: $10

Letter of appreciation

 

Associate: $250

Letter of appreciation. Name listing in Annual Report. TLL or Circle of Friends Wall: Brick or small nameplate at base of Tree of Life and Love Donor Wall or Circle of Friends Wall.

 

Partner: $500

Gift item. Letter of appreciation. Name listing in Annual Report. TLL or Circle of Friends Wall: First level of leaves on the tree or on the wall.

 

Fellow: $1,000

Gift item. Handwritten card of appreciation. Name listing in Annual Report. TLL or Circle of Friends Wall: Second level of leaves or bricks.

 

Diplomat: $2,500

Certificate of Diplomacy. Gift item. Handwritten card of appreciation. Name listing in Annual Report. TLL or Circle of Friends Wall: Upper level of leaves on tree or third level of bricks.

 

Ambassador: $5,000

Personalized gift. Certificate of Ambassadorship. Handwritten card of appreciation. Name listing in Annual Report. TLL or Circle of Friends Wall: Small rock shaped plaque at base of tree or larger brick on wall.

 

Humanitarian: $10,000

Wall of Caring Plaque. Invitation to Annual Recognition event. Certificate of Honor. Handwritten card of appreciation. Name listing in Annual Report. TLL or Circle of Friends: Large rock shaped plaque at base of tree or larger brick on wall.

 

Centenarian: $25,000

Wall of Caring Plaque. Personalized gift item. Invitation to Annual Recognition event. Certificate of Honor. Handwritten card of appreciation. Name listing in Annual Report. TLL or Heart Institute: Tree plaque and MRI/CAT lab room nameplate.

 

Trustee: $50,000

Private reception with hospital boards of directors, community leaders. VIP admission pass to LRMC/TVRH facilities. Permanent recognition and premier placement on Donor Wall of Caring. Premier seating at Annual Recognition event. Personalized gift item. Handwritten card of appreciation from CEO. Recognition in Annual Report.

 

Legacy Circle: $100,000

Private reception with hospital boards of directors, community leaders. VIP admission pass to LRMC/TVRH facilities. Permanent recognition and premier placement on Donor Wall of Caring. Premier seating at Annual Recognition event. Personalized gift item. Handwritten card of appreciation from CEO. Recognition in Annual Report.
