The highly anticipated Heart-2-Heart Cardiovascular Symposium for 2013 is almost here. Being held February 7th and 8th at the Mission Inn Resort in Howey-in-the-Hills, the ninth annual event will include more than 20 different educational presentations on the latest in healthcare, the opportunity to earn up to 14 CEUs – including 7 hours of stroke education

Some of the topics include Antiplatelet Agents, Computed Tomographic Angiography, Effects of Diabetes on Cardiovascular Disease, Vulnerable Plaque, Percutaneous Valve Therapy as well as other cutting-edge technology trends.

Cost:
CFHA Team Members - $75 per day or $100 for both days
Non-Team Members - $100 per day or $150 for both days
All prices include breakfast, lunch, conference materials, door prizes & more.
